meh buat CINNAMON TWIST BREAD

cinnamon twist bread

sumber : Rinn chan
Ingredients:
400gm high protein flour
12gm instant dried yeast
1gm bread improver ( used 1/2 teaspn)
6gm salt (used 1 teaspn)
50gm egg (used 1 med size egg)
48gm caster sugar
12gm milk powder (used 2 tablespn)
60gm margarine
190gm water
1 egg yolk, to brush

To sprinkle :
Mix 1 teaspn cinnamon powder and 3 teaspn caster sugar (I used brown sugar)

Method :
1. In a large bowl mix together flour, yeast, milk powder, sugar, salt and bread improver. Mix well.
2. While mixing, add in egg and margarine consecutively.
3. Add in water little at a time making into crumble. Knead until dough is formed and not sticky.
4. Cover the dough with plastic film and let rest for 10 mins.
5. Divide dough into 8 equal small dough and round them. Proof for 5 mins. Cover with plastic again.
6. Using hand roll each small dough into a long sausage shape. Do rolling and rest 3 mins for 3 times until dough length reach about 18cm-20cm.
7. Twist the dough as the diagrams shown below and place on pre-dusted baking tray. Proof for 10 mins or until doubled the size.
8. Brush surface with egg yolk and sprinkle mixture of sugar and cinnamon powder.
9. Bake at 190 Deg Cel for 10mins – 15 mins or until golden brown.

ana skip langkah 1-4 tu. Ana buh seme bhn dlm bread maker then tunggu siap. Pastu bahagikan pada 8 bahagian, bulat2kan then rehatkan😛

gulung doh memanjang lebh kurang mcm cara2 di atas

untuk twist, satu hujung pegang static then satu hujung lagi gulung pada satu arah sahaja (depan/blkg)

rapatkan hujung antara hujung utk twistkan dia

pegang hujung yang bercantum tadi utk proses seterusnya

rapatkan hujung yang bercantum dengan hujung bulat

selitkan/masukkan hujung yang bercantum kedalam ruang hujung lagi satu

inilah rupa yang dah siap di twistkan😛

lepas proof gune oven 40°C selama 30 minit, ana make up sikit dia dengan kuning telur, pastu taburkan bahan sprinkle then selit2kan kismis sikit🙂 . Pastu boleh bakar.

ni rupe dia yang baru keluar oven … selmat mencube😀

    wani mmg teringin sgt nk buat roti..
    tp xlarat nk ‘membanting tulang’ utk roti ni..
    kena tunggu buat dlm breadmaker jugak ni..

    rajin akk ye..
    boleh hulur2 ckit x? hehe
    mesti ahna n ahya suka ni..

    tak rajin lah dik…bila dah berkeluarga dan ada anak2 macam nilah…lagi2 sekarang makanan yg beli kita x pasti baik atau tak kan…malaysia pun sama kan…xpe nanti wani dah ada family nanti lagi kena byk banting tulang hihi😀
